Multiple Views, Dramatic Refactoring

So, I’ve had to substantially reconfigure the Mech Retriever code in order to allow multiple views to be wired in to the screens, one for each player.  It’s been one of those changes that makes me glad I’m using source control.

I will say this–if you’re coding a game, it may be wise to make support for multiple views early on.  Putting it off led to pain.
